Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing, in one click. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and PayPal does not charge you again.
Is there a refund policy?
If Premium isn't right for you, email support@generate.training within 7 days of your payment and we'll refund it in full. No conditions and no questions — generating plans in the meantime is the point of trying it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a card through PayPal, depending on what PayPal offers in your country. Payment details are entered on PayPal's own pages and never reach our servers.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Cancel the plan you are on, then subscribe to the other one. PayPal bills each subscription separately, so start the new one once the old period ends to avoid overlapping.
